Welcome to Gobal Glide Scooter Rental. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By renting equipment or vehicles from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Rental Agreement
2.1. Eligibility: Renters must be at least 18+ years old and possess a valid driver’s license/ID/passport and a major credit card.
2.2. Rental Period: The rental period starts at the time of pick-up and ends when the item is returned. Extensions must be requested and approved before the end of the initial rental period.
2.3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of rental. We accept 100 per person. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the rental item.
3. Use of Rental Items
3.1. Condition: Renters are responsible for inspecting the item before use. Any pre-existing damage must be reported immediately.
3.2. Proper Use: The rental item must be used as intended and in accordance with all laws and regulations. Misuse, overloading, or operation by unauthorized persons is prohibited.
3.3. Maintenance and Damage: Renters must take reasonable care of the rental item. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Renters may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1. Insurance: Renters are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for the rental period. Gobal Glide Scooter Rental offers for an additional fee.
4.2. Liability: Gobal Glide Scooter Rental is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company.
4.3. Indemnity: Renters agree to indemnify and hold Gobal Glide Scooter Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rental item.
5. Cancellations and Returns
5.1. Cancellations: Cancellations made [X] days before the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than [X] days before will be subject to a [cancellation fee] of [amount or percentage].
5.2. Early Returns: No refunds will be provided for early returns.
